To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we are practicing social distancing and limiting access to our facility. This means we will keep our lobby client free and suspend visitation in our hospital. Our goal is to take these precautions for your health, the health of our staff, and the health of your pets.
The following protocols have been implemented:
Check-in online is required.

– Please call us to confirm your arrival time. We will advise you of any wait times.
When you arrive:
-Please call the clinic (469-769-7222) to let us know you are in our parking lot.
-A technician will call you to gather information regarding your pet’s condition.
-We will then text or call you when we are ready to escort your pet into an exam room. Meet us at the door! Please try to maintain as much distance between you & our staff as possible during this exchange. We will not be bringing in any leashes, blankets, or toys into the hospital.
IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS (COUGH, FEVER OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH), PLEASE STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE & A STAFF MEMBER IN PROTECTIVE GEAR WILL RETRIEVE YOUR PET FOR CONSULTATION. ALL COMMUNICATION WILL BE VIA PHONE OR TEXT.
Doctor Examination:
-Your pet will be examined by out veterinarian and a medical plan will be discussed with you. An estimate will be provided at that time.
Payment:
Payment for services will be acquired via care credit, scratch pay or credit/debit card over the phone. Please plan ahead for payment.
Discharge:
-Discharge instructions and follow up care will be reviewed with you by phone & also sent via email.
-A technician will then ask to meet you at the door to pick up your pet.
Hospitalized Patients:
-Visits will be discouraged for all hospitalized patients unless absolutely necessary.
-No personal belongings will be allowed to stay with your pet in the hospital.
