I am a graduate of the University of Sydney Veterinary School. Since finishing my studies, I have primarily worked in small animal general practice. I have always had a passion for animals and when I was in undergrad, I switched from pursuing marine biology to pursuing veterinary medicine.
I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine but have a special interest in anesthesia, surgery, and exotic animal medicine. I have traveled across the world to work with various wildlife from cheetahs and elephants to dogs and cats! My travels took me to Africa, Asia, and finally to Australia where I completed my DVM and met my husband. In my travels, I have adopted various animals and now have 3 cats and a dog!
I also have an amazing husband, a rambunctious toddler, and another little boy on the way. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and trying to convince my husband to let me bring home more fur babies! Now that we call Texas home, I am sure there will be some cows, chickens, and horses in the near future!
