“I took my dog to the west side location this week for an inflamed eye, and some respiratory symptoms. My usual vet had closed for the night so I called this center. They listened to my concerns over the phone and explained what the likely issues are and suggested that I come in. When I got to the facility, the staff were all so nice and helpful. My dog is a rescue and can be very skittish but all of the staff were great with him. They discussed the treatment plan and diagnostic options with me and the associated costs all in advanced. The vet, Dr. Clement, was amazing. She took a lot of time to discuss other issues with me including my dog’s anxiety and tips for his behavior.
Overall they made what could have been an extremely painful experience into a positive one! If I could bring my dog here for his normal vet needs, I 100% would.”

“ One night after work a couple weeks ago, my baby wasn't feeling well. I had never seen him so I'll. He was lethargic and nauseous. After calling a couple of other Animal ERs and receiving monotone answers one place and being left on hold at another, I called this ER. The gentleman that answered my call met my urgency with genuine concern. They were the longest distance away from my home but I got there as fast as I could. Even before I walked in they were waiting for me. I walked in and they swooped him up. The veterinarian was informative and understanding. The staff discussed options and prices. I did whatever it took to help him. On the ride home he was so much better. My posts aren't normally this long but this is my baby, guys. He immediately got better. Followed the vet's advice and he was back to himself within days. They even called from the office a couple of days later to check up on him. I'm so very grateful. “The staff are angels! They absolutely know what they are doing and have a heart to help our animals. My dog weighs over 100lbs and they graciously helped me get him out of the car. They responded with amazing speed to my situation and were calm and kind the entire time. My dog was in a very acute and painful situation and they handled it in such a way that he was tail wagging and kissing them all as we left. I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need emergent care for my pet again, they will be my choice. Thank you all so very much!!!”
